This policy is published by MarkazFlow, trading as Markaz Flow(Topaz Block, Park View Society, Lahore, Pakistan). It covers the Markaz Flow marketing website at https://www.markazflow.com. It explains what information we collect when you visit this site or get in touch with us, and how we use it.

It doesn’t cover the Markaz Flow product itself (at app.markazflow.com), which has its own in-app data-handling notices covering the business, customer and transaction data you enter to use the service.

When you use our contact form, we collect your name, WhatsApp number, and an optional message and email address, so we can reply to you. We also ask a few qualifying questions about your business — the number of branches you operate, your estimated number of active customer installment accounts, and how you currently manage installments (e.g. ledger books, spreadsheets, or another system) — so we can respond with relevant advice. We also collect anonymous, aggregated analytics about how this site is used (e.g. pages visited, buttons clicked) — no cookies, and nothing tied to your identity.

If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is handled directly by our payment processor — we don’t receive or store your card, bank account or wallet details. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for how subscription billing works.

We use the information above solely to respond to enquiries submitted through the contact form, and to understand how visitors use this website so we can improve it. We do not sell your information to third parties.

Contact form submissions are sent directly to our own systems — we don’t route them through a third-party email service. We share the information above only with the service providers who help us run this site and process payments — analytics and our payment processor — strictly so they can provide that service to us. We don’t sell your information, and none of these providers may use it for any other purpose.

Contact form submissions are retained only as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and keep a reasonable record of correspondence. Aggregate analytics data is not personally identifiable and is retained only in aggregate form.

This website is intended for business owners and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
