Refund & Cancellation Policy

Markaz Flow (MarkazFlow) is a subscription software service — there is no physical product to ship or return. This policy explains how billing, cancellation and refunds work for paid plans instead.

Paid plans are billed in advance, either monthly or annually depending on the billing cycle you choose, and renew automatically at the then-current price until cancelled. Prices are quoted in PKR. Payments are processed by our payment partner — we never see or store your card, account or wallet details; they are entered directly with our payment partner at checkout.

You can cancel a paid plan at any time from your account settings, or by contacting us at info@markazflow.com or 0325-8595435. Cancelling stops future renewals — you keep access to your paid plan’s features until the end of the billing period you’ve already paid for, after which your account moves to the Free plan.

We don’t offer refunds for a billing period once it has started, including if you cancel partway through, downgrade to a lower or Free plan, or don’t use the service during that period.

The one exception is a mistake on our end: if you were charged in error — for example a duplicate charge, or a charge after you’d already cancelled — contact us at info@markazflow.com within 30 days of the charge and we’ll investigate and correct or refund it.

Our Free plan requires no payment details and can be used for as long as you like within its feature and usage limits, so you can evaluate Markaz Flow before subscribing to a paid plan.

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first so we can resolve it directly — it’s faster than a bank dispute. Raising a chargeback without contacting us first may result in suspension of your account while the dispute is investigated.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
