Markaz Flow is operated by MarkazFlow (Topaz Block, Park View Society, Lahore, Pakistan). By using the Markaz Flow website at https://www.markazflow.com or signing up for the Markaz Flow product, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site or product.

Markaz Flow is a software platform for installment businesses in Pakistan, covering sales, recovery, inventory and customer management. This website describes the product, its pricing and how to get started.

Plan names, features and prices shown on this site reflect our current offering and are fetched live from our systems. Prices are quoted in PKR and may change from time to time; we’ll always show the current price before you’re asked to pay.

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annual, depending on your chosen billing cycle) and renew automatically until cancelled. Payments are processed for us by a licensed third-party payment gateway — we never receive or store your card, bank account or wallet details. By subscribing, you also agree to our payment gateway’s own terms governing the payment transaction itself.

You can cancel or manage your subscription at any time from your account settings. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for how cancellations and refunds work.

The Free plan lets you evaluate the product on a limited feature set and usage limits, without requiring payment details. We may change the features or limits included in the Free plan at any time.

You agree not to misuse this website or the Markaz Flow product — including attempting to gain unauthorized access, disrupting service for other users, or using the product for any unlawful purpose.

This website and the information on it are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Markaz Flow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or the product.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
